She is not only responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the programs and services at Ronald McDonald House and the overall well-being of the property, but also works closely with the Ronald McDonald House NL Board, Ronald McDonald House Canada, and Ronald McDonald House Global.

Heather has been working at Ronald McDonald House since 2012 in a wide range of roles. Having first started as a Family Services Associate, she is now the Director of Development and Communications. Heather is accountable for achieving fundraising goals across a portfolio that includes corporate and signature events, donors at all levels and all other fundraising sources.

Jennifer has been the Director of Family and Volunteer Services since 2017. Jennifer creates an atmosphere at Ronald McDonald House that is conducive to the prompt and efficient handling of all guest needs. She oversees the Family Services needs that includes a full compliment of Family Services volunteers, helping to ensure and facilitate the smooth and caring service delivery for all our guests. Her dedication ensures that programs and services run smoothly- making reservations, managing check ins and check outs, organizing volunteer activities, and volunteers services within the house.
